• Sapa and Phoenix Fidget Ring: Both rings are made of high-quality brass and are gold-plated with an extra-thick, carefully applied gold coating.

The glass beads are approximately 3 mm in diameter, while the rainbow-colored beads are slightly larger at 4 mm. From ring size 60 upwards, I use 4 mm glass beads for a better feel – except for white beads, which are only available in 3 mm.

The number of beads varies between 5 and 10 , with 10 beads being the most common. This slight variation arises from the handcrafted manufacturing process, where it sometimes happens that a bead is accidentally struck.

Crafty Care is a passion project born out of personal experience. At Crafty Care, there are no "perfect" rings – instead, there are rings that are hand-forged using resource-saving methods.

If you prefer fewer pearls, you can carefully break one with a hard object such as a cup. This way you can adjust the number to your personal preference.

Our fidget rings are made of high-quality brass with an extra-thick gold plating. The durability of the gold plating depends, among other things, on how the ring is worn.

💛 Brass sometimes reacts with moisture , such as sweat, and can leave a dark stain on the skin. This reaction is completely natural and harmless. The stains can be easily washed off with soap and water.

You can carefully seal the inside of the ring with clear nail polish. This protects the ring and prevents it from coming into contact with moisture, thus preventing discoloration.

🏃🏽‍♀️ Avoid mechanical stress and heat exposure : It's best to remove them before sports, showering, swimming, or in the sauna/thermal baths. The intense movement of the pearls creates mechanical friction that can wear off the gold plating. Gently roll the pearls from top to bottom.

💧 Avoid contact with chemicals and remove the ring beforehand. Perfume, hairspray, cleaning agents, creams, and chlorine can damage the gold plating of the ring and the color of the pearls.

💧 Dry your rings thoroughly after sports or contact with water, as moisture and sweat can cause the gold color of the ring to change.

⚠️ Avoid impacts: Glass beads can break if struck hard or under strong pressure. Please handle gently.

1. Observe and note your behavior:

In what situations do you bite your nails or pick at your cuticles? Through self-observation and conscious awareness, you can actively notice when you're picking and remind yourself of concrete strategies to combat the picking.

2. Find an alternative movement:

If you notice yourself picking at your skin or feel the urge to do so, you can make small circular motions with the pads of your thumb and index finger. Alternatively, you can move the beads back and forth. Make sure to use gentle movements. Choose a motion that feels easiest to you.

3. Practice the new movement:

Preferably in the situations described in step 1, and ideally several times a day for 2-3 minutes, for a total of 15 minutes per day. Practice even if it gets better.
