Shipping
Here you'll find an overview of the shipping costs for your order. Currently, deliveries are available to the following countries:
Germany
- Free shipping on orders over €89 (gift cards are excluded from the order value, as they are delivered digitally)
- Free shipping when your order contains only a ring sizer
- €4.99 shipping for orders under €89 when your order includes products in addition to a ring sizer
- Estimated delivery time (including production): 1–2 weeks
Switzerland, Australia, Belgium, Estonia, Italy, Ireland, Japan, Croatia, Malta, the Netherlands, Thailand, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom, USA
- Free shipping on orders over €150 (gift cards are excluded from the order value, as they are delivered digitally)
- €12.99 shipping for orders under €150 when your order includes products in addition to a ring sizer
- €7.99 shipping when your order contains only a ring sizer
- Estimated delivery time (including production): 2–6 weeks
When shipping to a non-EU country, additional taxes or costs (e.g., customs duties) may be incurred in connection with your order. These taxes or costs will not be paid or invoiced by us, but must be paid directly by you to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.
Austria
Due to the more complex processing in Austria, I currently do not offer direct shipping to Austria. Should this change, you will find out about it on my Instagram channel.
Until then, there is an alternative solution via a parcel forwarding service such as DA-Packs or lieferadresse-deutschland.at . Using a parcel forwarding service, you can send shipments to a German delivery address and then have them forwarded to Austria. The total cost is between €5 and €8, depending on the tariff.
