Pearl color: Upon request, the ring can be custom- made with a different pearl color (only 4 mm pearls are possible). Please note that white pearls are not available for this design.

Silver is sensitive to moisture, perfume, and skin creams. A soft silver polishing cloth helps to gently refresh it regularly.

1. Observe and note your behavior:

In what situations do you bite your nails or pick at your cuticles? Through self-observation and conscious awareness, you can actively notice when you're picking and remind yourself of concrete strategies to combat the picking.

2. Find an alternative movement:

If you notice yourself picking at your skin or feel the urge to do so, you can make small circular motions with the pads of your thumb and index finger. Alternatively, you can move the beads back and forth. Make sure to use gentle movements. Choose a motion that feels easiest to you.

3. Practice the new movement:

Preferably in the situations described in step 1, and ideally several times a day for 2-3 minutes, for a total of 15 minutes per day. Practice even if it gets better.
